Common questions
How does routine import work?
Paste a TikTok or Instagram link on the Discover tab. Layered reads the caption and any available transcript, identifies the products mentioned, and builds a structured routine you can review and edit before saving.
Why didn't my import match a product?
Our product database covers most popular skincare and makeup. If a product wasn't found, you'll see a placeholder you can replace by searching manually. We add new products regularly.
How does my shelf work?
Your shelf has two sections: Owned (products you actually have) and Saved (products you want to remember or come back to later). Only Owned items contribute to dupe matching, restock awareness, and the "try with what you own" feature.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your routines, shelf, skin scans, journal entries, and photos.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is billed through Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Layered, then Cancel.
I'm a creator. Can I claim a routine someone imported from my video?
Yes. Email us at support@layeredapp.com with the routine link and a verification method (the social account the video was posted from). We'll transfer the routine to your profile.
Reporting copyright issues
Send DMCA takedown notices to dmca@layeredapp.com. Include identification of the work, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
